Threshold Care Circle
Overview
Threshold Care Circle provides information, insight and presentations into after-death care and preparation including home funerals. The Threshold Care Circle group is based out of Viroqua, Wisconsin and their website contains articles, information, regional and national resources, stories and other after-death related information. The Threshold Care Circle group contacted me to design a website that they will easily be able to update and edit.
I designed the site using Photoshop and some initial graphics to draft up the mockups and progressed the design from that. I used Wordpress as the backend to handle the content and provide an easy way for the Threshold Care Circle group to edit text, quotes and other content on the site.
The most notable special features of the site include a random quote generator in the right sidebar, sIFR title text utilizing a custom font on every page and CSS drop down menu.

Technical Details
- Wordpress Backend - Handle the content management such as text, images, products, statistics and more.
- PHP - Created some custom widgets for Wordpress and other miscellaneous scripting.
- CSS/XHTML - Basic styles and markup used to format dynamic text and layout within the site. The site also uses a cross platform CSS drop down menu.
- Graphic Design - Designed graphics for layout of site using existing logo and other images.
